• I can efficiently navigate a virtual environment (e.g. using shortcuts) and explain some of the underlying principles of CAD to another person e.g. surface vs solid modelling / CSG I can navigate and explain to another person a virtual environment

• I can find, and use, specific CAD tools to carry out out repetitive functions e.g. applying a thread to shaft

• I can explain, using real-life case studies how Designers and Engineers use CAD as part of a wider design process
